Preparation

We don't like stress - and you don't need it - so we'll discuss your needs with you well in advance. We plan every aspect of your removal beforehand to make sure that that everything goes smoothly on the day.

Packing

If we are packing for you, our team will arrive at the agreed time to carefully wrap and pack the contents of your home. It is often less stressful if your packing gets underway a few days before your move, and if you feel this would be the most relaxing option, we are happy to commence our professional packing service whenever it is convenient for you.

Moving Out

Our removal team will arrive at the time required and will stow your possessions safely on our van. We take the greatest of care when handling your property:

Everything is fixed securely to avoid knocks and bumps in transit
All clothes on coat hangers are hung safely on a rail in the van
We use special runners to protect your carpets and floors
After loading the van, we fully check your old home to make sure that nothing is left behind

At Your New Home

We carefully unload your possessions, taking all your furniture and boxes to the correct rooms. As every box that we pack will have been labelled with its destination room, you'll find unpacking so much more straightforward. We also offer an optional "end-to-end" service, which includes a complete unpacking service as well!
